That's all I did as well, but Cambium will still need to know what IP address they can connect to that you're forwarding to the device.

The engineer SSH'd in to the device and loaded the GPS files to the unit from their SCP server and it fixed the issue. Just remember to turn off all of those ports to the unit after they're finished.
