Hi Julia,

I could write a book about all the issues we are having with her. I've
actually been seeing a councilor since some of these issues are too big for
me to handle.

The biggest one we have right now is her morning ritual with going to
daycare. She has been going to the same daycare (in home daycare where she
is part time and another boy of 3 goes part time too). This lady also has
two boys of her own (7 and 5). Every morning she says "Where and I going
today". If its a Lori day she complains and then says "Owie tummy". She
gags sometimes etc. Last week she was at Lori's 5 days and 4 of those 5
days she threw up first thing when she got there basically. Once she's
there she is fine and when we go to pick her up she doesn't want to leave.

Katy is a VERY picky eater and would rather not eat if she had the choice!
Lori has had the power to get food into Katy from day one. Well we think
this is what the issue is. She always says to me "Tell Lori I don't have to
eat anything". I tell her she doesn't have to eat, but what she doesn't eat
for lunch she will have to eat for dinner. There will be no treats if she
doesn't eat her lunch. etc etc. Twice last week she tested this and I made
her eat her lunch for dinner. She has such mind control now that she can
make herself throw up very easily.

I have no doubt about Lori. Katy pulls stunts and plays me over my husband
constantly. Lori and I are the dominant females in her life and she is
trying to control us. I can't let her win or I'll never have control over
her. We are working on these things slowly.

Eating and daycare are the biggest issues right now. This control with Lori
comes and goes. Its funny we just think we have it licked and it surfaces
again.

Sorry you asked? =-)

Sam

Sam, what sort of challenges? :-)
We haven't taken Aden out for Halloween but this year he seems keen to go,
so I guess I will get a costume for him. Not sure what. He suggested a
basketball player! LOL I think something warm would be good, more often than
not it's snowing on Halloween. Anyone else taking little ones out? Julia
