Steve, I think you need join the real world, I did not say I agreed but, you can not argue fact. You are not allowed to carry out any action that will make aware other people around of your own circumstances, and to be honest I don't think I would like people to know that say I am getting my licence paid for by DWP would you. As in this case in the boating world when it become clear that a certain tax disc, bearing a certain wording is against human rights. Human rights is a favourite thing to say now. During my job on a standard day I would say that over fifty per cent of visits are fraudulent in one way or another. But because I can not get enough info for prosecution they get away with it because I have no authority. By rights I can not say to someone if you don't give me the name of the person you are shacked up with, (who has his or her clothing in the wardrobe, shoes by the front door etc,) I WILL STOP YOUR BENEFITS. Regarding you Free car tax is this because it was produced before January 1973?
