You can add several zeros to that figure IMO. In their response to the licence consultation BW admit that licence evasion (including up to one month over on renewal) is now running at 10.4%. Every tenth boat you pass during a cruise is unlicensed. Not bad eh, especially as there are hot spots for unlicensed boats? Cue Julian ;-)) Roger
