I was told by a BW chap that they don't have to put the numbers up - it's just suggested - but when you want to get ahead in BW you have to score brownie points with other BW know-now'ts. Us lot don't count - we are just the customers. Anyway, elsewhere didn't a senior BW say that consultation is them (BW) telling us and then doing it whatever we think.

They are grossly under-funded, many of their customer's are heading for a financial state where they won't be able to be customers any more.
