I'm sure you will appreciate that, after looking in vain in the pouring rain at the wrong location last night, phoning BW first thing this morning to try and find out exactly where and what the problem is and then going out to take photos and find out more about what had happened, it was a little irritating to be accused of not providing any kind of information.
