How do I check the speed of the link when there isn't a link half the time? I suspect it would be zero, when I have been fortunate to get on the net and run a speed check it is about 150 'something or others' - kb but whether it is K bits or K bytes I haven't a clue - I suspect bits, but I'm not sure. I'm primarily an ex-IBM mainframe man. Arthur Naylor (360 Orientation stood me in good stead for years, but it's a different game now)
