You must have a leak somewhere in the system.  The water is draining
into the bilge and then is being pumped overboard by`the bilge pump at
the stern.  Let's hope it is somewhere that is not too inaccessible.
The calorifier is the first place that I would look and then around
the water pump and pressure vessel (presuming that you have a standard
system).
