In the sense that the whole of the inside of the bottom of your boat is the bilge, it is draining into the bilge - just not the same part of it that you normally have pumping out. Yes - PRV is pressure release valve. They can get stuck and leak. The calorifier can move a bit if it's not properly anchored and cause joints to leak. One or other might need replacing but not necessarily. -- Bob
