Looks fair enough to me.  It seems to be aimed not just at domestic canal 
boaters, but people coming from overseas as well.  If you want to enter 
'nothing', just chose the top option, which is a blank line.  I wonder how BW 
are advertising this survey, or will it just be the privileged few who find it?

Can't see BW spending any money on new moorings anyway in the current climate, 
so it will just be a case of fighting for a spot or anchoring in the Thames if 
it's really busy.
