I registered to the cas-user list and then submitted my first post and I got an 
email back saying that I was registered for the cas-user list when I had just 
registered.  So I'm not sure why the first message didn't go through.  With 
that said, I'm still having issues.  I finally got someone to respond in the 
IRC chat and the persons initial thought was that I had a bad property value 
for my jdbc-url.  I modified this and I'm still getting errors.
