Sorry folks, I was kidding. List seemed a bit slow. Obviously inboards are  
better, and the turning radius at 25Kts is determined by the truck your pulling 
 it with (trick question).

asking what is the  turning radius when the boat is going 25kts?  If so the 
answer is the  boat can’t go 25 knots~!  If you are asking in 25 knots of wind… 
that  depends on other conditions (waves, if you are sailing,  etc)
