Sorry folks, I was kidding. List seemed a bit slow. Obviously inboards are better, and the turning radius at 25Kts is determined by the truck your pulling it with (trick question). Tommy, Trouble maker, In a message dated 4/30/2007 7:53:43 A.M. Eastern Daylight Time, [EMAIL PROTECTED] writes:
Which is better depends on your criteria. For me when I was looking for a used C27 I looked at too many inboards that were in need of attention or repair.. I also looked at many inboards that had been converted t outboard. So, I opted for outboard. Mine works just foine in forward, but in reverse since I can’t steer the engine by baking ability seems retarded. I have little control unless I use the engine to give bursts of power and then idle and then steer. I am still working on how reverse works best. As to turning radius at 25kts, I am not sure what you are asking… are you asking what is the turning radius when the boat is going 25kts? If so the answer is the boat can’t go 25 knots~! If you are asking in 25 knots of wind… that depends on other conditions (waves, if you are sailing, etc) Joe McCary Aeolus II West River, MD ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com.
