Check your jib track screws too. I used simple green to clean up till I got around to the project this year. Mine seeped brown stuff via the bolts and nuts inside, dripped along the shelf, behind the cushions, to inside my lockers. Finally got around to backing the screws out this year, resealed and it seems to have stopped. I'm still leaking somewhere, but at least I'm down a little bit.
