Doc Judy - glad to see you are still on the list. Your tech knowledge in
unbelievable. First class.
You should write a book. Knowledge applies to C30s as well as 27's.

Listers,

I recently came across sone stuff called Eternabond which is used in roofing
and RV's. It's highly regarded in RV circles. RV's have similar problems
with leaks and core rot....

Has anybody ever tried it around window frames on a boat? I might.

Bob,

This is likely not glue, but residue from wet/rotted wood from your deck or the
cabin sides (prime culprit is window frames). I had window leakage and the
cleanup was pretty easy - I used either Simple Green or a citrus cleaner - but
the prevention is another matter. You will want to figure out where this is
coming from, because it indicates water intrusion to the plywood in the core.

Listees,

I know there was prior talk about this but I failed to save it. In the cabin
behind my cushions on both sides there appears to be a molasses color residue
which has leaked down along the inside of the hull.

If I remember correctly someone said this is from the sealent or epoxy or
something from the topsides - hull attachment.

Does anyone have a suggestion on what to use to clean it up?
