Hi folks:

   A new owner of a "Vintage" 1977 here. Have been reading, and 
learning. Two questions for all of you:

How much of a potential problem are the OEM fresh water inlets on my 
C27, and should they be replaced?

Would like to remove part of the stern rail to accommodate the swim 
ladder. Currently, you have to be a bit of a contortionist to get 
through the rail using the swim ladder. I saw Phil's modification, using 
the swim ladder and the mast support instead of some of the rail. Any ideas?
