Steve, You might want to look for a "late" model stern rail as they have a
rail/ladder combo that has the setup you are looking for. My '85 had such a
setup but was damaged during Katrina and since few people want to swim in
Lake Pontchatrain, I removed the ladder and replaced the rail with a
conventional one.
