I am still +1 to a release.  If we discover other problems, we'll fix
them (part of the purpose of incubation, right?).  I think we are in
pretty good shape overall, but I haven't the time to do a thorough
review.  Are we going to wait until Bill gets back from vacation to
get his vote?
