Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge (MNWR) and Montezuma Wetlands Complex (MWC)

     11/2: A RED-NECKED PHALAROPE was seen at Knox-Marsellus Pool.

     11/3: A LONG-BILLED DOWITCHER was seen along the Wildlife Drive. An 
EURASIAN WIGEON was seen at the Visitor’s Center.

     11/6: 3 SHORT-EARED OWLS were seen from VanDyne Spoor Road.







Cayuga County

     11/3: A BLACK-LEGGED KITTYWAKE and a LITTLE GULL were found at Fair Haven 
State Park.

     11/6: 4 BLACK SCOTERS and a single BRANT were seen at Fair Haven State 
Park.




Onondaga County

------------




     11/7: 2 BRANT were seen at the Inner Harbor.

     11/8: A COMMON GALLINULE was seen at Hamlin Marsh WMA off of Wetzel Road.







Oswego County

------------




     11/1: Up to 5 VESPER SPARROWS were seen at Bishop Hill north of Pulaski. 
Yhey have continued up to today at this location.

     111/2: 35 SNOW BUNTINGS, 63 DUNLIN, a BLACK-BELLIED PLOVER and a LITTLE 
GULL were found at the outlet to Sandy Pond on Lake Ontario.

     11/3: A LAPLAND LONGSPUR was found on Bishop Road north of Pulaski and 
lingered to the 5th. An early COMMON REDPOLL was seen at a private residence in 
Hastings

     11/4: A BLACK-LEGGED KITTYWAKE and 4 COMMON REDPOLLS were seen from the 
bluff at Derby Hill. A GOLDEN EAGLE was seen in Constantia near Oneida Lake.







Madison County

------------




     11/5: 7 SNOW BUNTINGS were seen at the Fenner Wind Farm south of Canastota.







Oneida County

------------




     11/3: 7 late EASTERN MEADOWLARKS were seen on Harris Road near Poland.







Herkimer County

------------




     11/7: An EASTERN MEADOWLARK was seen at Salisbury Corners.
