With reference to the topic IP event Dampening, please confirm the following 1. Can we control number of flaps in any given time period - Yes/No 2. Default penalty is 1000 for single flap. If half-life will be configured 30 sec, after 30 sec penalty will be 500 - Yes / No 3. Can we change the flap penalty value ? 4. If I configure suppress threshold to 3500, within half-life 4 interface flap will push interface to Dampening state 5. If I configure reuse threshold to 1500, interface will be actively participating in Routing once penalty is less than 1500 Syntax of the command is dampening[half-life-period reuse-threshold] [suppress-threshold max-suppress [restart-penalty]] Thanks for help and support in advance Regards __________________ Amir Tahir
