Amir, I hope I understand your first question. 1. No 2. Yes 3. No 4. If your half life is 4 seconds it would take 4 flaps in less than 4 seconds to push the penalty to 4000. The interface would then go into penalty. If the interface did not flap again after 4 seconds it would then go to 2000. It looks like you have left the unsupress at default so it would then reach 1000 after 8 seconds and be ready for re-use. 5. Less than or equal to
