You can put any serial wics in any slot which support WICs .. C1841 , c2811 , c2821 , c2851 , c3825 , c3845 .... these can be ANY slots .
Just in case you happen to use c2801 ; then slot 1 and slot 3 ( i guess ) are meant only for VWICs ( voice WICs) .. here u cannot put serial wics ....
