It should be frame-relay map ip 150.100.24.2 402 broadcast

Weird issue facing , OSPF neighborship is up between R4 and R2, though i cant 
ping R2 from R4. below are the configuratons on the interfaces , can anyone 
adivse why is that ?

R2 :
