Prior to starting my lab in RTP, the proctor made a point of telling us
that he could not power cycle the equipment for us. As for debugs, you
may want to consider sending it to buffer and not the console if you're
fixing to do something drastic ... that will be easier on the CPU. 

Also "reload in 10" and a healthy dose of paranoia before enabling aaa
(test your telnet access immediately) can be helpful in avoiding this
crisis.

Hi,

I was more thinking a power off / power on...

I'm asking because today I was doing some debug and I forgot the ospf
timer were quite aggressive... I haven't been able to stop the debug,
even by typing blindly undebug all. The only option I've found was to
shutdown the router and restart it...

validation purposes but I know other folks don't do it and are still
