You must retrieve IOS images on your own, no one on the list can provide
you with IOS images. If you're asking about decompressing them from .bin
files so they don't need to be decompressed on boot, the Linux "unzip"
command will do that. Just "unzip" the .bin file and ignore the warnings
that the utility displays.

To reduce CPU load on your GNS/Dynamips box, try tuning the "idlemax" value
(this is different than the idlepc value). In your platform definitions of
your .net file (the [[3725]] section, for example), set the idlemax value
to something like 100 or 500, down from the default value of 1500.

Decreasing mine from 1500 to 500 reduced CPU load on my Dynamips server by
50%.
