I have no issues on win7 64 bit, running on an i5 laptop. No sleep issues or 
performance issues on 2691 and 3725s. Idlepc and Idelmax helped big time. 
I used to have a lot of issues with it but I added a SSD drive to my system and 
I have had 0 issues.
