Yes, idlemax is the answer.  Type "idlepc idlemax /all 250" in the command
line (bottom middle box) of GNS.  You can change 250 to anything from
1-1500; you'll want a low number.  Try 10 and if you can't console into
your router just increase the value till you can.  If you add another
router just run the command again.

I have a duo core 2.1G Vista box running 30 routers at under 10% CPU thanks
to idlemax.
