This seems like a doable solution. to dualboot from the bios. In terms of quantifying the cost-benefit of going into a ESX environment, what would you say the advantages are?
That is, in terms of speed, is it about 20% faster than a windows platform? Just trying to put it in numbers to justify the extra work involved =) Also, one advantage having my CUCM sit on top of windows is that I don't need to hook up a monitor or keyboard to it. I have it set to just boot up and run on VNC. Does ESX allow for any type of remote desktop feature where I can bypass keyboard/mouse/monitor solution?
