In reply to Andrew and Niel, why don't we take a new databased approach. Instead of a huge static listing page, just use a customised search. We tag each distributor with delivery country, OS, contact languages etc. The user can choose their delivery destination and receives a randomised list of all distributors who deliver to them. As extra options they could select OS, contact language, tech support services, training, etc. Make the basic interface very simple to use, with only country of destination to select. Even better would be to keep CO2 emissions in mind, and give priority to distributors in the user's own country or region. The latter is a bit tricky, but simply giving priority to those in the users country would be simple. Neil, I don't see where the advantage is in selecting a distributor alphabetically. Maybe I misunderstood you, but what does a user gain by choosing a seller who's name begins with "A" rather than "H"?
