Just what I was thinking, new distributors can use a form to fill in the
details and get entered directly into the db.  Existing entries would
have to be entered by hand or using a script, but not a big deal.  Some
method of updating your own entry could also be made available.

Not for selecting a distributer, but for when they have already used a
distributer and return to look up contact details, etc.
