just because some one flops the first couple of times is no reason to feed
them to the dogs.
you want art, hire an artist, but expect there way of thinking to border on
the unstable at times.
want a designer, hire one, there are tons out there, but good ones take 10
years or so to develop.
like a fine wine.
perhaps just a little encouragement would help, not for you, but the guy who
flopped.
