strictly graphics he used to do print style graphics for billboards and such
but we got him into web layout a few months ago. he has been doing graphics
for a few years but not for the web. (according to him they are two totally
different worlds.) he doesn't do any cfml, html, js, or anything like that i
do all of that.

I think communication is key, if he knew he wasn't going to have it done on
time he should communicate that he wasn't going to make the dead line.
