He was semi-based on Japanese legendary Samurai, but it's all ficticious
- the cross-overs with TMNT and Cerebus were brilliant at the time, as
TMNT hadn't turned "kiddie" yet

If you watch the Disney Kiyazaki films, PLEASE watch the Subtitled
versions and not the re-dubbed versions - Kiki's (my favorite Anime of
all time) has a horrid translation where they've completely changed the
"message" of certain parts of the film which really annoyed the hell out
of me

Don't forget Bubblegum Crash (darker than Crisis), and there's also a
lot of the "stranger" anime which might pique your interest, depending
on your taste, Vampire Hunter D, Project A-KO, Appleseed, Patlabor,
Rougin-Z, Wings of Honneasime and others, but some series get longwinded
and turn "strange"

I really need to get the onDemand working on our Comcast boxes, but our
controls don't have the button :P
