I would hope that you would be able to acknowledge that prejudice is
wrong regardless of by whom or to whom and that it is intollerable
regardless of "the level". Even saying that any one is worse than
another marginalizes people -- it makes them worth - less. It
shouldn't be a pissing match, it should be an effort to improve the
conditions for all people, regardless of who they are or what they've
suffered or how futile the effort may seem.
