Do these words mean nothing? Some of these people would have no place to go. You talk about time, do we have the time or the money to send these people home. The Constitution and the laws of this country do not apply only to US citizens. While you have to be a citizen to vote or hold office, you don't have to be a citizen The reality here is that this is still America. America does not do these things. We must not stereotype people in the eyes of the law. We must assume people here on valid Visas, student or otherwise, are for their stated purpose.
