Very little, the real difference is in the BIOS you flash it with, just
remember that if you want to go live and have the box chipped you will need
a chip with an on/off switch.

I normally stick to 120Gb drives as that is usually more than enough space
and is all then in one partition, if you go bigger than that you end up with
another partition so you have to remember what you put where.

the latest)
