That is false. According to George Bush the central reason for going to war was that he had stockpiles of WMD and was therefore a clear and present danger to the United States and to the world. You can misremember as much as you want, but htat was what your president said and what he put forward to the world. It was what was said recently in his interview about the situation. This Bush Administration came out time and time again Pre War and stated that Saddam HAD STOCKPILES of WMD and was a THREAT to the world BECAUSE of those WMD.
You can deny it all you want to make yourself feel better, it changes nothing. -Gel -----Original Message----- From: Sam [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] The central reason for going to war was he continually broke the international laws he agreed to abide by. The UN passed a resolution just before the war stating Saddam had to give inspectors full access and prove he destroyed his weapons or face severe consequences. He did not. -sm ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Discover CFTicket - The leading ColdFusion Help Desk and Trouble Ticket application http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=48 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:143192 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
