How can you say that it is illegal when the Supreme Court just affirmed it in the case involving UMich? More over, you aren't passing over the white guy because he was white. You are promoting the minority because, among other things, s/he fulfills certain agendas. People make it seem like the white guy didn't get the job because he is white. The case is, the other person got the job because s/he is a minority. A huge huge difference. PS I am at the mercy of AA.
