How is that a huge difference????!?!?!?!?! Im utterly perplexed as to how re-wording the situation, somehow makes it better?
Scenario 1: "A person of a particular race was denied a job because of his/her race." Scenario 2: "A person of a particular race was given the job because of his/her race." How is 2 so much better than 1? Or even different at all? > People make it seem > like the white guy didn't get the job because he is white.
