So more white men are CEOs because of racism in the past. So would Affirmative Action have helped turn this around?
Then we move to women, to saying that Women actually don't want to be CEOs. Let's talk about Non Whites here. Non - Whites don't want to be CEOs, or Law Firm partners either? Did your study say that being wealthy Non White males on par with their White counterparts didn't fit their lifestyle and agenda either? But I forget, it's because there was Racism in the Past that more Non -Whites are not now CEOs or Law Firm Partners. So you're saying that things are changing now, or actually that things HAVE CHANGED. Are they changing, and have they changed, because of Affirmative Action programs do you think? What Statistics and research do you have that shows that White Men are negatively impacted by Affirmative Action programs to a degree that affects, belittles, and marginalises White Men in America today thereby preventing their success in the business place decades into the future? What? Because 100% of the CEOs in America aren't white? Many times people, whose families aren't used to this lifestyle, don't want it. This has been especially true of women. I recently read a study where something like 80% of women turn down top Fortune 500 upper management positions because it doesn't fit their lifestyle.
