Mosty race, there's been a number of studies where researchers have sent in identical resumes to job postings, one resume the resume uses typical white names (ie., John Smith) while the other used black names (Tyrone, Kwaze etc). The so-called white resumes were much more likely to receive callbacks than the resumes that used typical black names. Remember these resumes were identical only the names were different.
