I'm not a big Howard fan but I think there is a big diference. I didn't hear Howard's bit, but it sounds funny to me. Insensitive especially considering the timing (the next day). But its the kind of thing I would expect on a late night show a week after the crash. I could see a late night guy joking about traffic and wondering outloud about the cost of taking a plane to the bridge. But that sort of thing is a far cry from racist. I've heard part of the Tsunami song and it isn't funny. It's sick.
