I think part of the racism charges comes from what the DJ said. I heard a mp3 copy of the DJ saying, although jokingly, that he was going to start killing Asians. As the parent of 3 Asians, I don't find it funny. If he had said he was going to start killing blacks - there would have been even more uproar.
