"Who Am I" can be had at WalMart or the like for well under $10.  

If you're into Jackie Chan flicks, i'd recommend picking it up (or at
the very least, renting it).  A lot of the great stunts and fight
sequences that he's famous for.

Of course, if you're looking for a 'good movie' (story/acting), this ain't it :)
