Ditch that doctor and get one who realizes that the numbers on the scale do
not mean shit. They really don't. BMI calculations are total crock of shit
too. They only take into account total body mass with no regard for bodies
with 3% bodyfat, 8% bodyfat, or even 35% bodyfat.... they just don't mean a
damn thing.  Bodybuilders often have very high BMI readings, I sure hope a
doctor never tells them to lose some weight! My doctor is pretty cool now...
she used to be closed minded to the BMI BS but now has a new understanding
of what healthy weight is. I only watch my b/f %... never scale weight.
