Last weekend my daughter (4 1/2 years old) and I spent the Saturday night camping out at the Zoo. It was awesome. She loved it. It was about $45 per person and included tours of the Zoo in the evening and morning, watching animals being fed, and dinner, breakfast and a snack for us. There was also a campfire and two times that the Zoo keepers brought out animals to talk about. They also brought out a hedgehog and let the kids pet it.
My wife and I also take he to plays a couple times a year (she has only been to the movies twice).
