Actually, I think one of our primary focuses in Iraq is on infrastructure. 
We don't think it is, because it's never reported...unless something else 
has been blown up. Oh, and when it IS reported, it's reported with the "more 
money for Halliburton" angle.

Our primary focus is certainly security, but that's because you can't build 
anything if you're dead.
