They've been saying that nature is trying to take back NO for decades, my grandparents lived there for years, my father went to college at Tulane, lots of family history there, and as long as I can remember there's been somebody saying, "the Mississippi is trying to take NO back..." but it's strange, at the same time they say that, they'll say "but it won't happen in my lifetime..." and on Tuesday I heard it again.
