Crap, I'm tired of this. There are no more friendly discussions on this list anymore. It's attack, attack, attack on everyone with a dissenting opinion. The Supreme Court recognizes that people disagree, but that they do so with class. There's none of that here anymore. I'm going to figure out where Ben Braver went and go there myself.
