yeah, that's my problem with that scenario. I'll agree on the need for some transparency, even if it is another law. You want to be publicly held, you should have some accountability imho. As for old Bob -- I don't think he wants to be in the system -- he didn't apply for food stamps till he had no choice, remember? My point is simply that when you consider all of the costs of such situations to the society as a whole, it is easier and better for all concerned if we bail Bob out for a couple months, before he hits the street.
