Didn't say it wasn't good, just that it has been comparatively less 
successful.

China yes, EU, i'm not so sure. I don't think European nations will ever 
cooperate enough to be the super conglomeration they initially envisioned. 
Before you point out that this is just "pure speculation", i'll admit it 
openly.
